I'm pretty certain you're physically bigger than Anu. She's acting really immature, so her friend regressed her back to 3 years old, and that was enough of an excuse to bring her to Day-Care and let the lady there take care of her.
Well, in this specific instance, that friend brought her to Day-Care because they thought it'd be a great time for Anu. But as Anu herself states here -- the Day-Care lady she came into contact with, thought Anu was ACTUALLY 3 years old, instead of being Age Regressed DOWN to a 3-year-old.
