MORE OLD ART FROM 2008, YAYY IT'S JULIAN BEING A BASTARD ANTAGONIST

I did this with markers! At some point I learned that I can just draw my antagonists being awful whenever I want, and why shouldn't I.
Julian is ultimately harmless*, but he sure doesn't act like it. He also doesn't like fighting fair and doesn't pick on people his own size, or at least he didn't use to. He's gotten better about some things. Also I think this is meant to be the same unnamed character who was in that marker comic I drew of him, who later seems to have diverged into two different named ones.

_{*To be clear he will very much get somebody with a syringe. He will very much be an ominous bastard and chase somebody down a long, dark lab hallway. But he has no interest in causing permanent harm (except for maybe making somebody scared of him), do you know what I mean.}
