Spring 3, Year 3

A while ago, Beep had done something or other that had inspired Leah. He got an invitation this morning to go to an art show she was hosting in town, which sounded like a lovely idea! He still stopped by her house to bring her a truffle one of the pigs on the farm had dug up.

She was loading up covered statues onto a wagon Marnie had loaned her. Typically used for transporting large amounts of hay, it would serve its purpose well enough for the art show. When Beep stopped by, he noticed how heavy the wagon looked, already the wheels were sinking into the soil. This would be exhausting for her to pull, and it was already set up for a harness.

Marnie had an old horse pulling harness that she didn't mind Leah and Beep modifying. It had been sitting in her cellar for decades at this point, and would've remained until the leather strapping disintegrated.

While Leah was making final adjustments to the harness to accommodate Beep's wings, the deer was outside, sniffing around for forigeables. He smelled something particularly interesting in one of the unused flower pots, and couldn't help his curiosity to investigate further. Unfortunately, the rough terracotta surface grabbed onto his fur, and when he tried to pull his head away, the pot came with it.

Beep flailed backwards, until he crashed backwards into the fence, Leah rushing out to see what the source of the commotion was. She was able to easily pull the pot off Beep's face, the fresh bulb of garlic she had planted in Beep's mouth.

After the art show, a creepy figure lurking away from the crowd glaring at Leah the whole time, Beep brought the empty wagon back to Marnies. Every single statue had sold; the art show a success. Once Beep was unstrapped, the wagon returned to Marnie, Beep took the time to show Leah how to properly plant garlic. Taking a single clove and letting that grow roots on a damp paper towel, then planting the sprouting clove. The second half took some time to explain, since there was a language barrier, but Leah got it in the end.

Beep got some very lovely neck scritches as thanks for his help.

Stardew Valley Expanded; new maps, new NPCs, new events, a LOT of new stuff.
The new “Farmer” is just a Weird Ass Deer. NPCs will respond/react accordingly.
