Spring 1, Year 3

Winter was incredibly boring, way too bright, and felt like it dragged on and on and on. With the vibrant green and pinks annual return, birds singing, and flowers blooming, that could only mean one thing;

Beep was itchy as fuck.

The previous winter, Beep preemptively brushed and clipped off his winter coat at the Bath House. (And got a scolding from Lewis for the fur clogging the plumbing.) With the discovery of the hot springs attached to the newly opened section of Avalon Farm, Beep decided to take care of this problem in a place where the birds might appreciate some nesting material. He brushed and clipped off as much as he could in the farm house back yard, some of the braver birds already swooping down to take some of the fur for themselves, before he took the mine cart for a shortcut to the mountainous part of the new stretch of the farm. The hot spring was very warm, but a welcome sensation to irritated skin being cleaned of the remaining fur. Plus it was deep enough he could fully submerge and splash around. And since it was spring, he didn't need to worry about fully drying off immediately after getting out. Instead, he let himself drip dry as he walked back home.

After crossing the bridge, he got the same sensation of being watched as he had in the abandoned JojaMart before it was turned into the Movie Theatre. Something called him to the stone shrine on the cliff, behind the large shed. A voice whispered to him, all four of the candles lighting of their own accord, before the presence faded away. The farm felt lighter. Not something heavy moving on, more like a weight lifting skywards. Clouds parting. A seedling breaking free from the ground.

OH FUCK HE STILL NEEDED TO PLANT THIS SEASON'S CROPS.

Gramps never had an heir, or they never show/ed up.
Stardew Valley Expanded; new maps, new NPCs, new events, a LOT of new stuff.
The new “Farmer” is just a Weird Ass Deer. NPCs will respond/react accordingly.
