A new villain for the New Revengers. A ex-child psychologist who used to use hypnosis on his patients. When he was caught abusing his practice, he was fired and stripped of his license and barred from medical practice. Over the years he created an amusement park to lure unsuspecting children who has emotional and behavioral issues such as autism, ADHD, and others into the park so he can hypnotize them and control them to do whatever he wants.
He also has a mascot robot named Happy Fox. He uses his over the top happy personality and fun loving whim to lure kids into Puppetmaestro’s trap.
