Presma the Grand Witch of the Sisterhood

Background: Presma is the mother of Cobalt and Kapheira, and a self described as a Grand Witch. While not considering herself one, she is technically a sort of magical natural scientist and Cult Leader who lives on the fringes of society within the northern region, only regularly interacting with a few spread out like minded partners and various underlings who have been initiated into their Mystery Cult, calling themselves "The Sisterhood" and have devoted their lives to the studying of natural Magic. Together they are working on figuring out ways they can harness, and utilize magic beyond their own elemental powers, and the true nature of magic itself so it might be tapped into and controlled.
Magic is a force of nature which all life forms have learned to harness and utilize in on form or another giving every creature some uncanny ability, and by figuring out how it works they could supposedly do almost anything.
While she and her partners are disconnected from the Legion, Presma and her sisters are no less cruel and even touch on some of the same subjects. Presma was able to create artificial dragon life long before the Legion in the form of her "Daughter" Kapheira, a Dragon Homunculus or Draculus who closely appears to resemble a normal if not remarkable looking Tannin Dragoness as opposed to the Legion's own Draculi.

Personality: Presma is Narcissistic, Manipulative, and Cruel. It doesn't matter to her who or what she needs to hurt believing everyone else's lives are fleeting, momentary, and meaningless unless they exists for her benefit, but she claims to be an empath. She is also an misandrist, hating male dragons, hence her mistreatment of her son creating an artificial daughter without a male partner. Ideally she wants to create a new Tannin Race that is entirely female.

She is capable in a fight, but she tries not to fight her enemies head on in claw to claw combat seeing it as beneath her. She prefers to take down her foes from a distance with Magic and Curses.
