Here's the size comparison between Aqua and Shirahoshi for my Aqua: Mermaid Princess of Atlantis.
I know Aqua, as an average mermaid, is smaller than the giant Mermaid Princess of Ryugu Kingdom, but Aqua uses her magical star-shaped Growth Hairpin to make her big, and was a bit taller than Shirahoshi.
Of course Shirahoshi's breasts and hips are smaller than Aqua's.
