A Superhero character of mine crated for an alternate 1950's historical setting filled with comicbook superhero antics! Missus Winter was a philanthropist who, due to reasons beyond her understanding, was transformed into a living snow-lady. She's at no risk of melting away come summer though, as her powers of manipulating H2O in all forms, her own body included, gives her a wide range of abilities.
