Yeah he has definitively got ice powers, his fur is all cold blue steel, so get ready for some freezing attacks! I like the dark blue shadings between the crevices of the fur, very realistic. His wings are beautiful, they look like the deep frozen top part of a lake, floating over dark blue water.
