Worker bees mainly eat pollen and nectar as they gather them from flowers. Bee bread is mainly used to feed the babies. It is a mix of honey, nectar and pollen that is fermented in honeycomb cells. But I imagine some bees have a little nibble sometimes, for the nostalgia. At least this one would o:
