In the Short, Misterjaw and Catfish try to stop a Fishing Company from stealing all his fish, but wanting to try is hand as the enterprise's president, the title character gets a bit greedy, which leads to Police trouble and getting himself canned.

The short featured Miss Sugar, the sweet, albeit ditzy, secretary of the President of the Sharp Fish Cannery who seems unfazed by the fact a Shark with a top hat and a German accent now sits in the President's desk or how angry Mr Sharp was when he came back with the Police. The short seems to imply there is a flirty sort of relation as when Misterjaw sought her help she referred to Mr. Sharp as Big Daddy with herself as Sugarplum.

Sadly, the short doesn't provide the voice of her character.
