I was asked to design an anthropomorphic character based on an existing headshot / face. My client requested that I base the design on icewing anatomy from the book series "Wings of Fire", but that the dragon also be anthropomorphic in nature. I'm not sure if icewings are usually this brightly colored, but I had a lot of fun working on it! (And my client had 0 complaints!)
