Former Imperial Princess Cerashara "Shara" the Runaway

Background: Princess Cerashara was the second born child of Emperor Caldera. Being the younger daughter to Prince Ametrine, she was not expected to be heir to the throne but she was still born to fulfill expectations to the royal family and the inner circle of nobles, which she hated. She was an exceptionally smart, witty, and inquisitive child who questioned everything, would sneak around at night to she shouldn't be to borrow books, and mouthed off to anybody she didn't like with complete disregard for their over aggrandizing sense of self importance. While her father is very traditional to the rules established by generations of emperors of the past, Cerashara was a lot more irreverent especially when she feels like some rules didn't make sense or are no longer relevant and as the Emperor he should be able to change rules that are stupid. She was a bit of a handful as a child getting up to mischief which was "Unbecoming of a the Imperial Princess", as she grew up she became more of an advocate for progress and change in the Empire, though often met on deaf ears which frustrated the hell out of her.

While stated he was assigned to Cerashara for her protection, she was given a bodyguard named Caelius who she was sure was actually meant to keep her out of trouble. He acted smug but she could tell he was putting on an act which meant he was hiding something, so she would try to ditch him whenever possible but somehow he would always find his way to her. He slowly started to opened up more to her pressing and questioning; it turned out shared some of her passion for trying to make the world better for more dragons than just those at the top of the hierarchy. He started to help aid Cerashara in her in her schemes and mischief which made things even worse for the nobles than when there was just one, but most of all it made her happy for once to be heard and understood, and she found herself falling for her guard even though traditions would not accept them being together.

Then one night after years of being infatuated with one another he came to her in secret and confessed that he was not from this empire but a Spy from the north. His King had wanted him to kill her father and take her as a hostage but Caelius couldn't go through with it now. It was a lot to handle all at once but she talked with him through it and they tried to work out a peaceful resolution. Since Caelius was currently the only family to the Emperor of the High Northern Expanse he could technically count as a prince, so rather than an assassination attempt they could play it off as a political marriage and forge an alliance between the empires? But with pressures on both sides they could only save each other and ran away together and hide out in the middle of nowhere. They settled together in a little secluded mountain valley that was peaceful and a sanctuary to Valkirtani and Hybrids. They became acquainted and made some life-long friendships with some of them.

Eventually the two of them had eggs together and were getting ready to raise a family when raiders showed up and attacked the village! Caelius stayed back to fight while Cerashara (now going by Shara) tried to run with the eggs but he could not hold off all of them and in the chaos they lost each other and she lost one of her eggs. She never managed to find Caelius again escaping with the Hybrids and Valkirtani while carrying one of her eggs with her, but mourned the loss of her husband and the little egg which was lost in the fight.

Personality: Cerashara is smart, witty, and willful, she has a love for books and a propensity for getting up to mischief which has mostly dimmed down since becoming a mother but she still manages to cause some trouble in little ways. She wanted to use her power as a princess to make the world better for every dragon, but now that her former dream seems dashed she just wants to make the best life she can for her child, though she still feels a guilt for the child she never got to raise.
