Cybernetics: Right leg.

Abilities: Electromagnetism Manipulation and Static Electricity Manipulation.

Bio: Jim is one of J.C.'s uncles from his dad's side of the family. He's known to be a talented surfer and mechanic. Jim retired from surfing a year ago after he saved some surfers from a shark attack. He decided to open up a surf shack to help make money for the family as well as a repair shop for surfers to need their cars repaired or have their surfboards ready for riding waves. After the shark attack that led to his retirement, Jim told John he had the ability to manipulate electromagnetism. Since he gained his new ability, Jim has been using it to help him work on vehicles faster and work on his surf shack more. Eventually, Jim decided to come out of retirement as a surfer and began using electromagnetism to help him with his surfing. He also wore a shark resistant suit made of chainmail and even made a surfboard out of stainless steel allowing him to control electromagnetism while surfing. Jim can also use his electromagnetic abilities to construct items from steel and metal items, mostly for defense. Once creating a bionic leg for himself out of scrap metal after an accident took his right leg.
