If there is one genre of music that I really love and fall back to almost every time, it would be lofi hip hop. From the chill, jazzy feel to a beat that is easy to hit a rhythm with, it has carried me through many situations from gaming to creative, and even just long drives with nothing to do. Its the perfect genre to make the passage of time almost unnoticeable and puts me at ease even on the more stressful days. This piece is a bit of a love letter to what has consistently been my favorite genre for years and will likely continue to be for many years to come.
