Once More Into the Black

From space to planet then once again in space. A cycle that repeats like clockwork, as sure as the light from a star. Kaelin doesn't often find himself with a lot of free time. His status alone keeps him busy, let alone the many issues that still plague the galaxy with not enough people to solve them. So he is often called upon for the worst of these issues, and such operations can span months or even years with smaller things popping up in the midst. Traveling here, searching there, fighting somewhere else, catching someone, and whatever else the jobs call for. After a while it all just melts together and time begins to fly faster than he realizes. Now as he sits on the sill of a window on the starboard side of his ship and his AI pilots the ship to the next destination, the planet Voth fading from view, he stares out into the black thinking, remembering, hoping...
It seems I had forgotten to post this piece, but hey better late than never I suppose. This was a nice little slice of life piece done of Kaelin. Abolutely love everything about this. Now with Vamir's new look, I feel I should get one of him to in something similar. I think the contrast would be great. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy.
