In February of this year, Laura turned 6 years old since I first drew her. And now, after all this time, she finally has a reference sheet.
I wrote about why I took so long in my journal, but in short, I wasn’t sure if this was her final design, and I wanted to make some changes because I later found her accidentally similar to some other cobras. But over all this time, I never managed to find the time, and some people had already started drawing her, and I’ve come to accept and love her as she is.
The gestalt is closed (and now I can go commission art and participate in raffles myself :P)
Forgot add this. Her name is pronounce in not the way, as you think. It’s LAU-RAH (/ˈlaʊ.rə/). It’s sounds like ‘loud’ with an ‘ra’ at the end.
