The hunt for the notorious smuggling ringleader Garrick "Goldfang" Arnold has lead to Slammer City. What once was a large maximum security prison is now a huge unruly community of raiders, mercenaries, and their criminal gangs. (A meticulously planned riot, added to the Skymarker incident; made for the inmates to take over, and drive out and keep out all outside forces)

Intell has hinted that 'Goldfang' is taking refuge at this huge complex. Proxous is dead set to capture him and bring him to justice. Except the denizens of Slammer City are not fond of any type of law enforcement at all. The squad of troopers catches the attention of the guards, along with the so-called "warden". They get to their posts and ready up for a fight.

In an unexpected occurrence, the gate opens as the Warden steps out...she wants to 'talk'. Nobody thought this would be an option. Is she honestly willing to talk or bargain? Or was this some sort of plot?

The tension is insane as both sides zero in on their opponents. Bryson and the Warden stare each other down, before Bryson breaks the silence. Ordering them to hand over Goldfang...

I had the concept of "Slammer City" for a while now. I see alot of potential for ideas.
