Had an idea for this one in the morning, something along the lines of Surfer Thor, so I rolled with it
then the tattoos came after, inspired on Kakau, Hawaiian traditional tattoos

His crow’s feet and that beard remind me of that one older anime episode where there’s a blue eyed, old surfing pikachu. (Apparently it’s named “the pi-kahuna”). I’m curious, was that intentional or a happy coincidence? I guess alolan Raichu has plenty of similarities by itself, being a blue eyed surfer.... anyways, gotta say, I’m enjoying your recent forays into DILF designs ;)
