new pokemon oc!

she's a shiny meowscarada based off my in game shiny meowscarada with the mini mark

she's an itty bitty shorty but bursting with energy!
immensely sweet and kind to all she's always happy to make new friends
her current bestie is my pokesona/oc Puppy, and the two are always hanging out and chit chatting

I've wanted to make an oc based off my meowscarada since I caught her but she likely won't be super heavily used lol
she'll likely just cameo in some art pieces with Puppy here and there and be more of a background char to bounce ideas off of
