Not necessarily. In my training, we were taught that some really, big, scary guys aren't affected by that kind of pain. Just like there are people who aren't fazed by tasers, there are goons who will shrug off a goomf like nothing. I used to work with one. I saw him get kicked in the crotch in a bar fight. He just smiled at his opponent -- and beat the c@rp out of him.
