Last summer I worked with a conservation group, in a longleaf pine ecosystem. I didn't much care for my coworkers, but I loved being outside all day, and getting to live within a nature reserve. Whenever I had free time (and wasn't too tired or home for the weekend) I would walk around the property all day, just enjoying the fresh air and the diversity of plants. I'd always take Honeybun with me, he's my best hiking buddy!
