Terms Of Service Agreement

January 2025 to Current

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

Payment;

* All payments are through PayPal [email will be provided]

* Payment must be sent within 48 hours of invoice being sent.

* All payments are final. NO refunds at any stage.

Process;

* Send a note (FurAffinity) or Direct Message (Discord)

* Give a brief description of what you are looking for including;
--- Type of Commission (Derp, Chibeep, Sketch, etc.)
--- Reference of Character being used
--- Details of pose/action. Artistic Liberty is also accepted.

* If you do not have a reference sheet/example, include information of the character eg;
--- Character Name
--- Species
--- Body Type
--- Markings
--- Colours (Swatches preferred)
--- Eye colour, Hair colour, etc
--- Accessories, clothing, etc

* I will not draw NSFW under any circumstances.
--- This includes ‘tasteful nudity’.

* Once a price is agreed upon, you can either send me the payment through PayPal [email will be provided], or I can send an invoice, but it must be paid within 48 hours.

* I will send a sketch of the pose for review once payment has been received.

* Revisions on pose/details, and clothing (if applicable) are appreciated!
--- Preferred during the sketch phase
--- Only minor ones possible once lined

* Colour/Marking/Clothing example images are preferred if no reference image is available.

* Once final version has been approved, I will send the full resolution PNG of work.
--- Do not edit, alter, or remove credit
--- Alternate pieces will not be made

Usage of Art

By the Artist (me);

* I may use the art for advertisement, portfolios, or any other promotional use.

By the Client (you);

You are permitted to;
* Share

* Repost/reupload but must include a link back to the artist gallery.


You are not permitted to;
* Post or share any edited versions of the work

* Crop/remove artist signature

* Use for NFT/AI purposes of any kind

* Use this for profit/commercial

* Ask another artist to edit, change, finish, print, sell, or otherwise change the work in any way.

All of my work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
Other licensing options will be considered for a fee.
