Starting a new series for 
featuring the gray coyote's adventures and more! This time Serling has found a magic pebble that is turning him into a stone statue. I think he's going to be perfect in my garden... >3
While reading this piece's description I quickly thought about Bernini's statue of Apollo and Daphne in which Daphne is turning into a laurel tree. I always liked how the metamorphosis phase is represented and how well it is decipited especially because its working material is just marble, so yeah, it's even more amazing, and I wanted to give the drawing a similar scene trying to pose Serling just as Daphne.
Also, Serling eyes this time are blue in order to match the colour of the pebble.
