As Artison had asked, Loretta let them take an airship above the city. Up and away from the spires of the buildings, and then lower as the mist fell off on the edge of the land. Past that the world became more green and colorful. There was fields of gold and small forests with orange and red in them. There were far less buildings out among them all, and the farther they got away from the city the more green and plant life could be seen. By the time the ship landed. The city looked so small, in the distance, and they were just on the edge of a forest with large rocks scattered among massive fields of grass and wild flowers.
Loretta had to manage the ship crew once and a while, but she always was checking on Artison as they made their way. Artison was watching where they were going to ensure they were heading towards somewhere, but he didn't exactly say where this place was going to be. He had his eyes not entirely on where they were going either; he was actually dividing his attention between directing the ship and watching Mira. This was because Mira's face had this mystified smile on her face as she looked over the edge, she was practically leaning over the railing as if she was going to jump. Artison smiled as he watched Mira's expression, then he looked to the open wilderness from before again.
"Loretta, could you set us down by the riverbank?" Artison called, and the ship began it's decent and rest just above the river, "Thank you, sister." Then he turned to Mira, "So, ready to smell the roses, as it were?"
Mira wasn't on the ship however, and a splash later explained what happened. Artison looked over the hedge and the shimashabi was already swimming in the bank and onto the shore. "Artison, you gotta come down and try this!"
"Just a moment!" Artison bend down and detached his leg, and leaned it up against some barrels.
"Artison!" Loretta called and walked over with a wooden crutch, "You're gonna need this."
Artison sighed softly and smiled, "Thank you, sister." And He took the crutch, and then used it to help him vault over the ship's railing and drop into the water.
Mira had already made it onto the shore as Artison splashed down, and she turned around to see a red wet dog paddling to shore with a wooden crutch in his mouth. Mira waded her way back to him, but found he was intentionally keeping beneath the surface of the shallow water. They both got on the shore, and sizzling was heard as Artison's body heated up and evaporated the water off of him.
"I suppose that makes things easier for you." Mira says and shakes off her wet fur, "So, where is this place you brought me to?"
Artison, however, shrugged, "I've never been this far from the city. I only knew about this from a few maps."
"Wait, what?" Mira looked to him baffled, "You literally are doing this to explore your own world now? or, what is the point of all this?"
Artison shrugged again, but with a smile, "I remember how you like plants and trees. After what happened the day before, I thought you would like something like this as a change."
Mira looked to him just in wonder, her expression was clear she put all the pieces of this together. She hugged him tightly, and didn't let go for a while, "Blessings Upon You, Artison. Th-that's how you say that, right?"
Artison nodded
She giggled and let go, walking farther from the river and toward the edge of a forest, "So... just how long do you plan to have us stay here?"
"I don't know how long Loretta can allow this little excursion to be, but I assume this will not be a long time for you." Artison said, "Just take it all in, relax yourself." His tail wagged as he watched her.
"Then come with me." Mira called, leading Artison toward some flowers resting by a few of the tree trunks. Taking in what may have been the opposite of they mainly knew Terra to be, yet was just as wonderous.
I know it's late, I'm trying to get back in the swing of things.
