The latest female in her family to use the name Italia (originally named Roma during the time of the old Roman Republic/Empire), this sexy-looking vixen likes to make things pretty shocking for her opponents with her electrical powers.
Oh, just a reminder, Italia is a lesbian, who is in a relationship, in her civilian id, with her female chauffer, although she is can be something of a flirt.
Lastly, she can use her earrings as a pair of throwing star when needed.
