Damn the redraw looks amazing! It's crazy seeing how much you've improved! The texturing on the dragon looks amazing and so real! I love how the light hits it's wings and makes them glow! I also think the general posture and body of the dragon looks better and more realistic, more snake like almost. Even just down to the way it sits on the rock looks a lot better, looking more natural with the positioning of its paws and the way it's tail wraps the rock.
You did an amazing job on this and it makes me excited thinking of how your art will only get even better from here! <3
