Ohhh at Annecy, I saw a wonderful short this reminds me of.
It was about a video retailer and the guy working there really was bored too much of his job.
So he invented a game:
He put a loaded Luger behind the counter and each day, picked two films available for rental. If a customer would rent the first one, the worker would shoot them, if the second film was picked, he'd shoot himself. This made his days so much more thrilling for him.
The film ends with a customer picking both of them and asking the worker which he'd recommend.
