After getting some yellow filament, I've finally made Bumblebee!
I find it kinda funny that I use the exact same model for the hands for each of these 3D prints, Bee (and Wasp) no exception. Aside from just trying to stay accurate to the animation model, I wanted to give it a somewhat "chibi-fied" feel, and the "big" hands really helped make that happen.
As far as the modeling process goes, it was definitely a game changer when I was building the feet. I figured out the smoothing feature in SketchUp, which "hides" all the lines on the curvature.
Welp, this has been quite a year for my 3D modeling/printing, and I'm hoping to learn even more along the way. And lord knows there's more to come.
