The blue-eyed shadekin who's Mercury's former-quasi-reunited-maybe-still mate (it's complicated.) Unlike the BESK spouse she only recently re-found after several years of searching, she still retains the full capabilities of a typical shadekin, as well as her own specialities.
In her case? A trained healer, she uses the Dark energy from her home plane of existence to quite literally "assume" their injuries out of existence. Not an easy feet, considering the depths of the mind-games one has to play with oneself to simply "assume" an injury was never there to begin with, and restore a limb or organ to its proper state. This also proves useful in the Dark itself, allowing her to easily conjure up accommodations, food, and entertainment for the visitors dragged back, whether of their own volition, or via a phase-sprung trap!
Additionally, while she might not look it? The lass can bench lift a *truck,* having used that self-same ability, and the rather extreme adaptability of her species, to assume the strength to do so. The incident that left Mercury burnt out, and herself out of commission for long enough to lose him, would never happen again on her watch!
