Mother Carol is a mantis who runs the Cowtown Church. She is patient most of the time and loves children, but takes no nonsense from outlaws. She is famous for having sent the Masked Bull running for his life after trying to steal orphanage money from her church. She was originally from a town called Bug's Creek where she was born and raised, inhabited by many insect and arachnid civilians. The town is the town where Sid Arachnid and Saddle Sore Scorpion were born and raised themselves.
