y the muzzle?

He was very new in the home and very uncomfortable, the muzzle calmed him for some reason. Now he doesn't really enjoy wearing it, but doesn't mind it too much and will wear it when we go to the dog park...

prevent him from biting other dogs I have seen a dog that has been bitten by another braking the skin they develop Internal Infections it is a Really slow Death.
Most dogs as puppy's learn not to bite hard but some do not and they hurt other dogs this is why you sometimes get savage fights between dogs.
and Dogs that develop Fatal infections so if a Dog has not learned that important lesson teach them as soon as possible.

That is a kennel racing muzzle. He was wearing the muzzle because he was more comfortable with it on, he doesn't wear it anymore after a little over a year in my home and he's never had an issue with aggression towards people or other dogs.

well that is good a racing greyhound how is he around people...

Never had an issue other than his nose dripping. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body.
