It's party season, here's a classic straight off the Frank's Hot Sauce™ bottle

1 package (8 once) cream cheese, warmed to room temp
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup Frank's (or other hot sauce of your choice)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Combine in oven proof dish. Bake at 350 deg for 20 minutes. Stir half-way through time and again at the end. Serve with tortilla chips

Me? No one else in the family likes it, so I make a half batch now and then as a meal. Alas, the squirrels are little omnivorous opportunists and were quickly in it as I was grabbing my camera.

I don't always follow the recipe. It depends what I've got on hand. Say, I might have blue cheese dressing instead of actual blue cheese. I'll just sub in some other cheese to make-up for it.
