So another pic I got at MFF was from Brian Reynolds, a.k.a. 
toonfox, who unsurprisingly showed interest in my 'fox' book. The character here is actually Val, one of 
shuffle99's characters, though I'm afraid I don't know a whole lot else about her.
The quote, on the other hand, is from The Last Starfighter, during the ending when the alien talks to the main character's little brother with "And you must be Louis; Alex told me all about you," and Louis responding by calling out the line to all the other kids in the trailer park. (Yes, I did see the film first run in theatres.)
