"One does not take arms up lightly, but to the enemies we have, nonviolence means nothing. So take up arms I have. The villages call me Anapheos. Dawn-bringer. And while I was certainly instrumental at times, I never sought titles or glory. What I do, is in the goddess' name. Maybe I strayed from being a priest of hers, but I think I have still served her faithfully in a different capacity. Helping others. Teaching wisdom. Fighting for Hashinshira. Training Thenyr. And, perhaps most importantly, being a light. For Faenya is the goddess of the Sun and my people, and only by being a light to others can they reveal their own light and shine. And this combined light, shining together, is the only way to defeat the darkness.
A profile shot of my Asari (hawk person) D&D monk, Kawheek. Fun fact; Kawheek was created in early 2004, which means he's one of my oldest OCs. Patrick Altair was created earlier for writing, but Kawheek was the first one who was created specifically for roleplay.
Drawn by John Fell as a Patreon reward. He still has slots of this type ("Kull-Ur") remaining!
