They're the descendant of Humans and Anthro Aviaries/Avians as generation transitions over the years. For example; The Anthro Bald Eagle and the Indian tribe, they're as the ancestors of the current populace. Then there are the mixed Hybrids that are paired with various/other species, which sometimes can be compatible with the genetic makeup of different Avian, LizardFolk, Dragonborn, Orc, Elf, Normal Human(who never had an Avian ancestry), and diverse other species. As for the ranks, it was complex at the outset of the pressuring history to comprehend the structures of the hierarchy. Why SilverTongue is a Fallen Angel, not because she was forced to, or because of her actions. She chose to be in that rank, where it was neutral rather than being in the Pristine Rank(Archangels) or the Gloaming Rank(Demons). These statuses depend on the individual, not all Gloaming Ranks are bad, same as Pristine Ranks are not always good. The Fallen Angels mostly called the Uncertain Ranks, with luxuriously vast emotional thinkers and infrequently became confident as they grew up.
