They do, but since those tend to be years later. Mind, I hope they don't overextend the cast. This party currently has one of every character in it, so long as you include Neuras, which I do, so they might try to keep that balance of races by including one of each again, which would bloat it.
Heck, I'd rather they just make Gallica into a playable character of sorts, like Nall and Ruby in the Lunar games, a uncontrollable support character, but grows stronger with the main character until they can be counted on as an extra attack/support effect every round.
