Original description: A drawing practice / study of AKUMU from the beloved Jet Set Radio Future. I've been wanting to use design cues from him for Street Soul so I decided to do a drawing study of him just like how I did with Renard Queenston to help me out.


Retrospective: I wish I had done more JSRF stuff in 2024. It goes without saying that AKUMU was a really interesting character to draw, especially considering all the strange and unique details with him. In fact AKUMU is one of those characters who really stands out and looks creepy due to the out of place design compared to the rest of the game. I do love myself a surprise out of place character to strike some fear into the players, in a good way, of course.
