A wonderful sketchpage of my dragoncat Altairis by the amazing Isvoc (Isvoc)!
I've been showing Altairis some love this past month through art; commissions focused on him most recently. He's a dragoncat created by Isvoc and I clearly love these dragoncats, as I have three of them. :) Such a beautiful blend of feline and dragon elements in this creature. To explore this character a bit further, I asked Isvoc to do a sketchpage of him. Here he is in all his glory... being very cat-like in pose and expression. Kinda amazing how one creature can be that intimidating and at the same time making feel admiration and awe anyone who looks upon him... just like a wild cat
The one has wings though which makes him even more versatile and impressive hunter
But definitely the mix of both - draconic and cat-like beings are perfect here for sure
They add so much and nicely to each other it is actually wonderful
And of course the touch of such gentle and skillful hand like Isvoc's always brings even more beauty of such creatures and joy from witnessing this beast
