So the last time I went for a full commission from
Nicole, I decided it was time to get this old picture coloured...
As mentioned on the previous pic, this is Tom Watterson, Sara's little brother... unlike his older sister(s), Tom's no mechanical or programming genius, so he decided to play to his strengths, which were basically athleticism and reaction time. He started helping out test driving stuff that Sara (or their mother, for that matter) built, and continued on to doing serious racing; in the Mekton Zeta game I used to be involved with, he was using a gravitics-based flying motorcycle that Sara had built. Three years ago when I got the original sketch done, I figured somebody needed to get a motorcycle commission given the way Nicole was getting into them, and now I decided that really, a Tron cycle needed to be properly shaded and made to look shiny. And Nicole clearly went all-out with the shiny on this one.
(When the artist makes a comment about 'ooh, I was hoping I'd be able to upgrade that one', that's a good sign.)
Anyhow, the artist's posting is at https://www.furaffinity.net/view/58848084/ so go check things out there, too!
