Original description: A nice little birthday gift, even if a little late, for my buddy dragovian15.
Since I've been drawing Jayjay a whole lot this month, I decided she'd be the one to be giving my favourite big blue bubbly draggo a birthday surprise.
I didn't know what to draw for Drew for his birthday in 2023, but considering that it was the first Jayjay July, I drew this. I'm really happy with how nice and simple it is, and my favourite detail just HAS to be Jayjay's spherical puffed-up tail with the year of this image's creation painted into it. Considering what a legend dragovian15 is, especially on DeviantArt, he sure deserves this great respect.
