The little corgi Todd Baker got his step stool out and got ready to make Darlene's coffee.
Black, like her gorgeous coat. Well, when it grows back in fully.
When suddenly he heard a familiar and throaty, but very feminine voice say: "Доброе утро, маленький человек."
Todd: "EEEK!" As he then fell off of his step stool. "Vera when did you get here?"
He asked the extra wide polar bear.
Vera: "Need some help up?" As she walked over and got him off the floor. "To answer your question the four of us got here last night."
Todd: "The four of us?" He said with a puzzled expression.
Vera: "Stephanie, Kichaa, Darlene, and of course myself. I put Darlene in your bed, figured you wouldn't mind the company. Unless it turned out horribly, in that case it was Kichaa's idea."
Todd: "I uh, no that's wonderful. Thank you for that, wait Steph is here? Oh boy I hope she's not too mad about Darlene spending the night in my arms."
Vera: "Don't be so worried about her darling, I'm sure she'll understand." She then lifted him, and planted a kiss on his cheek. "Why don't you go back to Darlene, and I'll fix breakfast for everyone?"
He was confused, thinking this clearly had to be a dream. His luck never runs like this. But he did as Vera said and went back to Darlene. By now the darling Doberman was wearing her usual attire, green panties and a smile.
Darlene: "So... I know I've kind of been passed around your siblings like a jug of moonshine at a barn dance.. But do you think you'd be interested in-"
Todd: "Yes! Whatever you were about to say, my answer is yes. I don't want to risk losing you again Darlene." As he then held her hands in his.
Darlene: "Todd, I.." The corgi the dropped his head.
Todd: "I misread that horribly didn't I? I uh, I'm an idiot."
Before Darlene could respond, Stephanie was in the doorway looking at the two.
Stephanie: "So, did you ask him to 'give you away' at the courthouse?" She yawned before walking over and putting her arm around Darlene's waist.

Darlene: "The wedding is off Stephanie. As much as I love you, I can't handle you when you drink." As she then removed Stephanie's arm from her waist. Before then putting Todd in her own lap.
"Todd, I would be delighted to be with you."
Stephanie sat there with crossed arms: "Ugh, fine. I... I guess I'll have to work on the drinking issue."
She then hugged them both, and then grabbed Todd by the shoulders.
"If you are just Alex again trying to mess with people, I swear I'll snap your neck. But whether you are Todd or Alex, you had better treat her right."
Todd: "I will, you can be sure of that sis."
