Original description: A fan pic that I did for VEXOORSPEED (now called Vexingspeed) of my balloony Guilmon lady Puff Plum as a Vexoor-style dragon!
I remember drawing this neat little thing while being in a Vexoor mood/ Honestly designing Puff Plum as Vexoor, while making her as balloon-themed as possible, as quite a challenge for me but she looks so beautiful in the end, and that's what I really like. Also the orange JSRF menu-styled background and the cool stretched-out text is a brilliant detail too, same with Puff Plum calling Vexoor by the name Vexxy!
