I see two scenarios from this, Roko gets a new body but in exchange he has to be Suzocon’s soul eater or something and at some point betray his friends to keep his deal or whatever with Suzocon.
Or he refuses the deal and tries to either stop Suzocon or warn his friends about Suzocon, but fails in both regards because Suzocon is Super Sayain level strong and either takes him prisoner or destroys Roko’s vessel and forces him to be reaped by the reapers!

Suzo is going to make Roko one offer. Either he turns on his friends right now, or he'll eat Roko too.
Seriously, the only possible way the heroes (and I honestly use that term VERY lightly with all the trouble they've caused) get out of this is if Queen Vetra just HAPPENS to find them, and causes a war with him.

I doubt it. Consider that he's pleased Roko has a sense of morality, and is examining to see how far it goes. "Humane, but not vegan."
That said, he's clearly in the life force redistribution business. Necromancy is just late healing, really. Sometimes they're already dead, and you need to try and heal that too.
