Another character for my PMD AU, this is Briar the Hisuian Samurott!
This muscular, energetic Hisuian Samurott is always up to do something! But between his hyperactive nature and his high libido, he's sent quite a few guys to the hospital... Luckily in this world of anthro Pokemon and humans, a court finally got a solution that worked: chains.
Though it may look uncomfortable having all that stuff interconnected, it's definitely improved his situation! He makes his money at a surf shop, giving lessons and selling gear to newbies and pros alike. And yes, he opted for the women's uniform, loving the way the top acts more like pasties and doesn't cover up much of his chest at all, and the big pants make carrying things a breeze.
