Tsering migrated from his homeland near the Dragon Kingdom to a more quiet, reserved area in the United Federation due to the declining air quality of the region. He found work helping lost hikers as well as quietly setting up paths for people to safely traverse, residing there for several years in relative secret. Despite his old age, his thick fur and rugged body makes him able to withstand even the most frigid mountain gales.

In his time, he would come to know a young man by the name of Byue, a bear from a nearby tribe who made his way up the mountain in search of his spirit guide. While at first mistaken for said guide, they developed a true connection and became boyfriends not long after.
