Dorian's Hollow is a life simulator similar to Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley, with the twist being that every villager is a terrifying yet friendly monster,
ghoul, or other supernatural being. The village of Dorian's Hollow is nestled in a secluded valley in the middle of a forest in 19th century Eastern Europe. This
game is meant to be creepy-cozy and deals with themes of found family, starting life anew, and letting go of the past.


Tolov - An elderly, cantankerous vodyanoy, Tolov lives in the lake on the far east side of the village. He acts as a landlord of sorts, renting out homes to other
villagers and checking to see if they're in good condition. Tolov is cranky and skeptical of strangers, but is happy to do his job regardless. He has a surprisingly
soft and sensitive interior, and is always willing to comfort and hear out any villagers who are emotionally struggling.

Yogi - Known by humans as Baba Yaga, Yogi is a witch who lives on the outskirts of Dorian's Hollow. She's the leader of the village, but she also concocts and sells potions. In fact, she's more a naturalist scientist than a magic user, one who likes to study the earth and use what it gives for the betterment of the village. Yogi is eccentric and odd, even by Dorian's Hollow standards, but is always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. She also cares deeply for the well-being of the village, and will handily defend it from hostile forces if need be.

Malphas - A gentle and friendly crow monster who's the village's most prominent farmer. He works with wheat, squash, and various root vegetables, but his pumpkins are his pride and joy. Every year, he sets out to grow the biggest pumpkin that he can, but he treats every single one of his pumpkins with love. Although easy-going and polite, his monstrous side does come through when protecting what's important to him, when someone is rude or mean, or when someone tries to deface his crops.

Ewa - Known by humans as The Wicker Lady, Ewa is a sincere ghoul who carries her head and other heads in a wicker basket. Her other heads belong to other women who were decapitated or guillotined in life, and she collects such heads to give them a good home. These other heads like to talk and gossip, often doing much of Ewa's talking for her, since she doesn't talk much herself. Ewa primariy works for Yogi, fetching her ingredients and other supplies for her potions. She also performs errands for the other townsfolk. She's nice and pleasant, yet aloof, and it takes a while to gain her trust.
