These "quick and done" postings are why it is important to check consistently and frequently. Once or twice a week per job board should be sufficient.
Personally, every job I have gotten after college was because of this situation. Was I the perfect person for the job? No. Was I good enough and ready to jump in? Very yes. Also, I have walked away from jobs mid-process because they the company was going to take their sweet time. Why spend all that time and emotional energy when I already knew that I was not the strongest candidate.
