this particular MooRoo was bought by myself :3 but as any of the characters owned by me are open source, you have my consent to use this character in other works. Just respect the species creator's wishes and involve them in no underage or violent media.

another adition to the Joys Lore, its Fularom Beltot.
:P that name's a bit of a throwback, as Joys was initially given lore that bizarre name schemes formed over the centuries since the apocalypse. names like Bicheal Micycle, or Glenallen Gardenia.
-w-; really, with how many Rose Garden Hippie names i have for characters, and characters you dont even know about for a future fighting game (hehe), i have too many "normal" names. so lets fix that!
;3 this one is not one, but TWO anagrams.
Fularom, aka Fully, is part of a secret inner circle of furries who managed to find a sample of incomplete cow dna.
cows are long extinct in Joys, and as such cows milk is no longer in circulation.
:3 thanks to Symbiocilin, humans can both innoculate themselves from nuclear mutation, AND adopt animal traits via osmosis. so naturally, alternate forms of milk are a hot topic. which milk is best?
well, while its not cows milk, MooRoos have a very nuitritious milk to offer! its like a mostly-natural energy drink!
their connection to cows makes them highly saught after, and thus very important to protect. anyone with decent fighting prowess can make a good living as bodyguard for these folks. as such, they can be a bit reclusive, sticking to well guarded Neocities.
any bar or diner with a MooRoo in its staff is guarenteed to be quality, so be on the lookout!
:3 Fully herself is a very friendly woman. by day she works in an exclusive bar called The Rainbow Drinkers, where it is said she works as a popular Mommy Dom when she isnt working the bar.
she's quite popular! especially since that lovely pouch is stretchy enough to accomodate a full grown human!
buuuuut outside of her inner circle, she tends to be on the shy side. give her a chance, if you're kind, she may suprise you!

but new management has decided my siblings and i of the ABDL community are not welcome.
