What is Art or Treat? It's a Halloween Art Event where artists make "Porches" on their chosen art sites and turn their "Lights On" meaning people can come comment Art or Treat to get art "Treats"

Basically, look for a journal or art post that says "Lights On" and comment with a ref for a chance to get an art~
